It was during the mid 90′s when a Filipino Inventor came up with such engine. But it has to pass through series of R&Ds, of course, to refine the technology. Well, guess what? Honda created a system on how to tap hydrogen to power one of their cars. Brilliant! So, what happened to our local hydrogen-powered car? Hmmm…
